PICK-UP INFORMATION
Your driver will pick up/drop-off at hotels’ accessible to the main road only. Note that duration time for the transfer from pick up to drop off will depend on the traffic situation on that specific day.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment and tour conformation: The seats are only 100% secured after you pre-pay not less than 24 hours before the day of the tour via online payment only by contacting our office via WhatsApp at +248 2633312 or the emergency number +248 2520999. Note that cash payments are not possible. Please kindly make sure to insert the name of the hotel where you are staying during the booking process in the field 'your hotel'.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We recommend you bring light comfortable clothes, comfortable hiking shoes, hat, sunblock, mosquito repellent, sunglasses, camera, cash for extras, bottle of water, snorkeling equipment, and beach towel.
