FULL DESCRIPTION
Join us for a relaxed, eco-friendly kayak adventure on La Digue, starting from Anse Source d'Argent. This tour lasts around 3–4 hours and is perfect for anyone who loves nature, calm waters, and a mix of activity and exploration. Small groups and a local guide make it easy to enjoy at your own pace.

We’ll start by paddling along the famous Anse Source d'Argent in our transparent kayaks. The clear hulls let you see the colorful fish and coral beneath as you glide over the water. Your guide will be with you the whole way, helping with safety, pointing out highlights, and capturing photos so you can remember the experience.

After exploring the beach, we take a short 30-minute ride to the quieter Anse Pierrot. Here, you can swim or snorkel in calm turquoise waters and relax on the sand while enjoying a fresh fruit platter with coconuts. You’ll also get a chance to learn how to climb coconut trees and open coconuts, adding a touch of local culture to the day.

This tour is ideal for nature lovers, families with older children, and anyone who enjoys a mix of gentle activity and cultural experiences. It’s not suitable for those with mobility limitations or anyone uncomfortable in the water.

Choosing this tour means you get a personal, small-group experience with a local host who knows the area well. You’ll see the Seychelles from a unique perspective—paddling over crystal-clear waters and discovering hidden corners of La Digue.

ITINERARY
09:30 am - Start kayaking from the meeting point.
09:45 am - Stop for photos.
10:10 am - Arrive at Anse Pierrot Beach.
10:15 am - Swimming & relaxing time.
11:00 am - Go back to the meeting point.
11:30 am - Go see the corals.
12:00 pm - Arrive back at the meeting point.
12:30 pm - Coconut opening lesson.

What you need to know before you go

STARTING TIME
The transparent kayak tour start time varies daily, depending on the tides, and generally falls between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please note that the start time may shift up to one hour earlier or later than initially planned, as tours are tide and weather dependent. During low tide, water levels in the lagoon may be too low for kayaking, which is why timing can only be confirmed closer to the date.

DOUBLE SEATED KAYAKS ONLY
All kayaks are double, meaning they are designed for two people. The price is charged per seat, not per kayak. If you book as a single individual, you will be paired with another single participant to share the kayak.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
This activity is designed for families with kids, people of different ages, and those who can or cannot swim.

WHAT TO BRING
We recommend you bring beach accessories, a waterproof bag, reef shoes, etc. This is not obligatory to participate in the tour.

EQUIPMENT
We provide snorkeling equipment (feel free to bring your own, if you have one).

WEATHER CONDITIONS
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. Your safety is important to us.

NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARTICIPANTS
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

VALUABLES AND LUGGAGE
Be aware that we are not responsible if your belongings get wet, lost, or damaged during the tour.
