Your journey kicks off with a relaxing 2-hour boat ride from Entebbe, offering panoramic views of the lake and lush landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, a dedicated chimpanzee caregiver will provide an insightful orientation about the island’s history and the vital conservation work being done to protect the chimps. The highlight of your visit will be the two feeding sessions at 11 AM and 3 PM, where you'll witness the chimps up close—just five meters away—from a specially designed viewing platform. The afternoon feeding is particularly exciting as the chimps return to their night shelters, giving you a chance to assist the caretakers in their daily routine.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
This activity is designed for families with kids, and people of different ages.

WHAT TO BRING
We recommend you bring comfortable shoes/sandals to walk on the Island, a waterproof bag, sun cream, your camera, and a power bank recharger for your phone, etc. This is not obligatory to participate in the tour.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. Your safety is important to us. We will not take you out at sea if the conditions are not free from danger!
