What you need to know before you go

DIVE SPOTS
Seychelles' top scuba diving spots include some as close as a 5-minute boat ride and some an hour or so away for deeper dives and greater chances of different species. Dive conditions are always assessed before diving, and with plenty of alternative spots nearby, a change in site is easy when needed.

THE DIVE CENTER
Praslin Pro Divers is a world-class diving center based on the peaceful island of Praslin located at the northeast corner of the long stretch of Anse Gouvernement beach at L’Archipel Hotel. The Praslin Pro Divers Center is a member of the Scuba Educational Association and was founded with the goal of providing an unforgettable, personalized diving experience with extraordinary standards of service and most importantly great fun.

THE DIVE INSTRUCTOR
The Praslin Pro Divers owner Jean-Paul Valentin is a pralinois, a certified Padi instructor with extensive experience and knowledge of the Indian Ocean. Passionated by the ocean he has been in the diving industry for over 20 years, taught and certified more than 300 divers with over 4000 logged dives to date. He is ready to take you for a dive tour, knowing the dive sites like the back of his hand you are sure to be in safe hands.

THE DIVE BOAT, DIVE EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY
Our specially designed dive speed boat, which provides all the comforts of a great diving experience is equipped with all safety and navigational equipment to get you right on the dive spots with 100% accuracy. We are equipped with high-quality scuba pro branded diving equipment designed and manufactured by a scuba pro specialist team. We have high standards of safety and outstanding service-oriented staff, a dive trip with us is sure to leave you relaxed and rejuvenated, or pumped up and ready for more.

WHAT TO BRING
We recommend you bring beach accessories, a waterproof bag, sun cream, and towels. This is not obligatory to participate in the tour.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
Please provide a valid medical certificate at least 12 months old.

DIVING LICENSE
Bring your diving license and log book with you.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
In case of bad weather such as very rough seas and strong wind, the dive excursion can be canceled or postponed, If it is only rain we still go out.
