What you will expect

You can learn all about it at this restored village which traces the path of slavery on Martinique. You will walk around the two acre reconstructed slave village and see the hardships that slaves on the island endured while also learning about how their traditions still play an important role in the island's heritage today. The village is open from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. every day of the week except for Sunday when they are closed in the afternoon.
