ITINERARY
09:30 am - Welcome drinks are served with traditional snacks “Coco Zerm”, coconut, breadfruit chips, banana chips, etc.
09:40 am - The tour will begin with a guided visit to the main area of the plantation house “Gran Kaz”.
10:00 am - Next stop is to visit the tortoises, and other animals like local chicken, local Rooster, etc. Take this opportunity to feed them and take photos.
10:15 am - Explanations of medicinal plants and endemic plants of Seychelles found around the property.
10:20 am - Performance of coconut dehusking and grating with explanations of copra and coconut oil making.
10:30 am - Proceed to “Lakaz ROZA” for craft making.
11:30 am - At the traditional Kitchen, through explanations guests can participate and watch the authentic way of grilling fish and other local dishes and accompaniments.
12:00 pm - Food tasting and a creole lunch will be served accompanied by locally made drinks.
01:00 pm - Lastly before heading back to the ship/hotel, clients will be free to do some shopping at the craft village.
01:30 pm - End of the tour.
