Embark on an exciting 3-Day Budget Safari to Kenya's famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, perfect for travelers looking for an affordable group adventure. Starting with a pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport, the journey begins at 7:30 am with scenic stops at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint and Narok town. You’ll arrive at the Masai Mara in time for lunch and then set off on your first thrilling evening game drive.

The Masai Mara is renowned for its abundant wildlife, especially during the Great Migration from July to October, when millions of wildebeest and zebras traverse its plains. On day one, you’ll witness the beauty of the landscape and spot various animals on a 2-3 hour game drive before returning to camp for dinner and a cozy night under the stars.

Day two offers a full-day safari adventure with a packed picnic lunch. Explore the vast savannahs, teeming with lions, elephants, cheetahs, and more. You'll stop by the Mara River to observe hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat, making for an unforgettable day of wildlife encounters before heading back to camp for dinner.

On the final day, there's an optional visit to a local Maasai village, where you’ll learn about their traditional lifestyle, participate in dances, and hear about their survival techniques in the wild. This cultural experience adds depth to your safari adventure, leaving you with rich memories.

ITINERARY
DAY 1: NAIROBI – MASAI MARA
Your Kenya Wildlife Safari to Masai Mara begins with a confirmed pick-up and transfer to the departure point. Here, you'll meet your safari guide and get introduced to other tourists with similar itineraries. We depart via Waiyaki Way, with the first stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, where you can use the washrooms and admire the stunning escarpment wall. We then descend and continue through Narok town, arriving at your Masai Mara accommodation in time for a hot lunch.

In the afternoon, enjoy a 2 to 3-hour evening game drive. Masai Mara is renowned for the annual Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras from Serengeti to Masai Mara between July and October. The reserve is often referred to as the "jewel" for wildlife viewing. During this introductory game drive, witness the beauty of the sunset before returning to your accommodation with your first day's safari memories. Enjoy dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 2: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
After breakfast at the camp, you'll set off with packed picnic lunches for a full-day game drive lasting at least 8 hours. Masai Mara is known for its abundant wildlife, earning it the reputation of being the best place for animal sightings. During the game drive, you'll have several close encounters with a variety of animals. Stop for a picnic lunch near the Mara River, where you'll also see hippos and crocodiles. The game drive continues until around 5:00 pm, after which you'll exit the reserve and head back to the camp. Dinner and overnight at the camp, with an optional activity available in the evening.

DAY 3: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI
After breakfast, the final activity of your Kenya wildlife safari is an optional visit to a local Maasai village, where you can interact with the Maasai people and take memorable pictures. The warriors will teach you survival tactics in the wild, invite you to join their traditional dance and engage with the women of the village. This activity lasts 1 to 2 hours. Between 9:00 am and 10:00 am, depart from the Masai Mara region, driving via Narok with a stop for a hot lunch. Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, where your safari driver-guide will drop you off at your hotel or the airport.
