On the Caribbean coast, between the 'Pointe du Bout' and Anses d'Arlet, Anse à l'Ane has a long and beautiful light sand beach lined with restaurants and bars. It's located opposite Fort de France and there's a water taxi that operates every day. Free parking is 50m away.
