05:00 pm - Arrive at Anse Louis Beach.
05:30 pm - Dinner at the beach.

Menu 1:
Starter: Smoked marlin salad with citrus dressing or Spicy olive & tomato bruschetta.

Main Course: Baked fish fillet with pumpkin chutney & vegetable fried rice or Mac & broccoli with almond sensation (pasta with broccoli cooked in almond milk served with roasted almond chucks) or Spiced vegan lentil stew.

Dessert: Rich chocolate mud cake with vanilla ice or Caramelized banana with Dark rum.

Menu 2:
Starter: Tuna & vegetable salad with spicy dressing or Grilled eggplant Tabouleh with coconut & tahini dressing.

Main Course: Grilled herb-crusted fish fillet with seasonal vegetables & saffron potato puree or Sweet potato & black bean balls with linguine and basil or Spiced vegan lentil stew.

Dessert: Lemon and wild berries cheesecake with vanilla sauce or Caramelized banana with dark rum.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
Pick up and drop off can be organized on request after the booking: 50 Euro per person (return).
