FULL DESCRIPTION
This half-day trolling fishing experience starts from Praslin and takes you 5–10 miles offshore into clear, open waters. It lasts half a day and is ideal for anyone curious about game fishing, whether you’re trying it for the first time or already have experience. The trip is private, relaxed, and focused on enjoying time at sea.

Once on board, you’ll head offshore aboard a well-equipped fishing vessel. The crew sets up 4–6 Shimano Tiagra 50 and 80 lb rods with artificial lures and explains how trolling works. As the boat moves through productive fishing grounds, you’ll wait for a strike and take turns reeling in fish, with guidance whenever needed.

The fishing targets pelagic species commonly found in these waters, including sailfish, tuna, wahoo, dorado, and bonito. Between bites, there’s time to enjoy the coastal scenery around Praslin and the calm rhythm of being out on the Indian Ocean.

We recommend you bring comfortable shoes/sandals and beach accessories, a waterproof bag, reef shoes, sun cream, etc. This is not obligatory to participate in the tour.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. Your safety is important to us. We will not take you out at sea if the conditions are not free from danger!

PICK AND DROP OFF

Pick up and drop off are included in the price depending on your location and distance from the dock. Pick-up is free on the Amitie/Grande Anse side of the island up to Anse Kerlan, except at Lemuria.

On the other side of the island such as Baie Ste Anne, Cote D'or, Raffles, Coco De Mer hotel pick up and drop off cost extra.

If you want to have pick up please get in touch with us after the booking to organize it for you and to let you know the exact time. The pick-up time will depend on where clients are staying and can be 15 to 30 minutes before the starting time.
