What you will expect
Learn to make the very special traditional creole bread cassava made out of manioc and baked in a traditional wood oven. Once the bread is baked you will have the chance to try the bread with many different home made jams such as banana, coco, guava etc… or with avocado, féroce d´avoca, local fish pasta (chiquetaille de morue) etc..You will learn also how to make the most traditional drink – local ice tea madou.
What you need to know before you go
The village is open from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. every day of the week except for Sunday when they are closed in the afternoon.
